Quarter-Sill Lining

Finally a new part came to my Boeing sidewall. The Quarter-Sill Lining runs from the back to the front of the sidewall. Just underneath the windows. You can build two pieces from one 6x10x300 cm wooden beam, some pieces of MDF and cable channel. As you will see in the video I had to correct a mistake I made when I cutted the beam to length. I had to extend the beam again with some pieces of MDF. But after all I have to say that it wasn't too bad. Because without the paper templates I had to make, it would have been a hard thing to fit the front to the MIP shape.

This project was inspired by the beautiful construction on https://www.flightdeck737.be/hardware/platform/zijpanelen/constructie/

Hi, I am unable to download the sketchup quarter sill lining files, it returns this error

    Invalid File Type (/www/htdocs/w00b9e2c/flightdeck/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/Quarter.skp)!

All the other sketchup files are able to be downloaded and viewed.
