The Glareshield is made from 10 mm MDF. Except for the glare wings, which are made from 12 mm MDF. Most of the time I spend planning this part. You have to keep the dimensions of your electronic parts in mind (MCP, EFIS, Fire Warning). I dont have any electronics yet. So in case of doubt I calculated free spaces a little bit bigger to have enough room to install them later.
In the Sketchup file you will find measurements included for all parts.
