Building the Solidis CNC – First Using

Here it is - the long awaited moment. The Solidis runs for the first time. And that job was done without any big problems. I have to say that I haven't had a technical machine that has run so perfectly. And this is a selfmade one. There is still a lot to learn about this whole CNC-topic. Especially when it comes to milling aluminum or engraving acrylic but it is real fun and I will try to integrate this machine into my shop tools.

This is the end of this CNC series and I hope you learned something with these videos and maybe you will build your own machine in the future. If you are interested visit holzmechanik.de to get the plans.
